I didn’t make this, F. did. This simple starter was too good to not let one of his dishes make a guest appearance on this blog.
Mozarella, tomato, & basil starter
- mozarella, cut into rounds
- basil leaves
- salad tomatoes, sliced thinly into rounds
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Assemble the above ingredients by placing a basil leaf on a mozarella round and putting the tomato on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve as a starter to an Italian dinner.
